The Giza Plateau is a limestone plateau in Giza, Egypt, and is the location of the Fourth Dynasty Giza pyramid complex, which includes the Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure pyramids, the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers' village, and an industrial complex. It is the northernmost part of the 16,000-hectare Pyramid Fields in the Nile Valley's Western Desert, which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Memphis and its Necropolis.
